Noelle Hallman's journey in the Financial Services sector dates back to 1988. Her career commenced as a Financial Consultant at E.F. Hutton, now known as Morgan Stanley. She subsequently assumed roles as a Mutual Fund Specialist/Vice President at John Hancock Funds for 9 years and at J.P. Morgan Asset Management for 8 years. In 2011, she joined the Vanguard Group, as a Sales Executive for the next 2 years. In 2017, she embraced the role of Sales Manager overseeing 7 Morgan Stanley San Diego offices. After 3 years, she transitioned back to her roots as a financial advisor.
Throughout her career, Noelle has led numerous client and advisor seminars on various subjects, spanning from 'Investing Internationally' to 'Women and Investing'. She's also been a sought-after expert on Financial Markets, appearing on numerous TV shows where she discussed topics like ‘The Global Financial Crisis' and 'Educating Youth about Financial Literacy’.
Noelle has taught Personal Finance to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of San Diego since 2018.
Noelle holds a BBA from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Antioch University. Beyond her professional life, Noelle dedicates her time as an elder at her church, feeds the homeless, and finds joy in traveling and spending time with her 25-year-old daughter, Alexandra.
